an idea for a pic iv had for a while. took about 18 hours total to do the research pencil and ink. ill be colouring this is in eventually. probly a character a day lol10 characters from each manga/anime, took a while to plan. iv had this idea for ages but never got round to drawing it,
and to save myself any further questions of why Kakashi is on the Nimbus when he wouldnt be able to here goes. I thourght it'd look funny so for the day kakashi made a wish with shenron to ride the nimbus

This si cute. I like to see there reactions XD haha Kon. The only thing that makes me go huh? Is Kakashi on the Nimbus. While I agree with some of the comments you've stated below about your stance on why he would be aloud on the Nimbus because of his helpfulness to his allies and also Gokus ability to continue riding it. Remember how Bulma can't ride on the Nimbus? She certainty is just as helpful and noble to her friends as everyone else, yet....she's got perverted thoughts in Dragon ball which makes her ineligible to ride the magical cloud. Just a thought to keep in mind...
