Looks like the type given out for free in colleges... If I recall, adding a fine detail like that on it would be hard and both sides of the cover without it fitting incorrectly would also be difficult. I did mine with a spray-can that left a rough texture making it easier to grip and harder to drop in a moment of clumsiness. Or is this like one of them custom USB's that you order?
