I worked for ACS in a call center, and they had about 200 or so employess broken up into what they called pods of about 10 people or so. They decided to assign college sports teams as the themes for the pods. Being a call center, theres a lot of down time and I drew this originally to have my pods mascot killing the others, but after a while it was hard to have him killing everyone. So its just all of them battleing. Rock on.
