Fluttershys' turn. She get a B-17. It's big. It's strong. It kicks major butt...And now it's EPICUTE!
As far as ordinance is concerned, it drops HE pies, Muffins and Cluster Cupcakes, but as of late, it drops videotapes and DVDs of a looping scene involving the Grand Galloping Gala, Fluttershy and a lot of animals.
EDIT: Added the bottom ball turret, which I initially forgot, as well as make some minor edits all over.

That's unique. Although personally I prefer to use on modern planes like the C-130, B52 Stratofortress. Or even more commercialized like the Boeing 747 & 787.

I bet Rainbow Dash will be a SR-71 Blackbird seeing as it's faster than sound (I assume the Sonic Rainboom is just a take from a Sonic Boom)

Rainbow Dash had a MiG on account of it being a highly agile plane. I've actually used an SR-71 for Rarity, because of the aesthetic appeal of the plane, and it giving me an excuse to draw Equestria from near orbit.

ah ok,that'll make the MiG's 20% cooler, please tell me though, is Spike an AC-130, seeing as they were nicknamed Puff the Magic Dragon, (well the AC-47'S were, i'm not to sure the name stuck with the AC-130's)

I haven't thought of Spike yet, though the AC-130 is a little contested between Princess Celestia, Big Macintosh and a second Fluttershy. Though, I did just imagine a Sherman M4 (?) Flame tank for Spike...

So far all but two of the cast are in planes. The Cutie Mark Crusaders have an M1A2 Abrams, and while I haven't decided on Pinkie Pie's Vehicle yet, it's going to be land based. Currently thinking about the Paladin artillery gun. Big, noisy and gets everyone's attention.
