And the finished product of my Water Mutant, Cascadia.

Info: 27 years old and wanting make a difference for her fellow mutants and supporters of mutants, Lynn is continuing the dream of her deceased father, Frank Russel, a former military man. Lynn’s mother was a mutant but was killed during a raid along with with Lynn’s father. Lynn plans to see her father’s dream come to fruition. She was on her own for a while, but she knew she couldn’t do this on her own, and decided to try and look around the mutant populace for anyone who wanted to help her in her quest. She found each member from all different walks of life or with similar reasons for wanting to help. She is a forward person and wears her heart on sleeve, but she doesn’t think herself pretty AT ALL, she is not unhappy being mutant, but hates how she looks, mainly for the blue scales her skin produced after her 17th birthday. But she found her powers out from a young age and her mother taught her how to keep calm while using her powers and not to be enraged, like water, being calm can be easy, being enraged can cause a rainstorm.
