Description
The next of my Mutant Merc group. The elegant but quiet, Lady Funnel-Web. He has the ability to control, talk and summon Spiders to her at will. She is the most noticeably Mutant, her skin being a purple tint since she was born and her long fangs came in when she was a teenager. Wearing billowing clothes makes it easier to hide spiders when she needs them.

She also is able to crawl on walls and ceilings like a spider and she does possess venom in her bite, which matches that of the Deadly Spider she takes to her name, 'The Funnel-Web Spider'.

Born Rebekka Louise Smith

Info: The oldest in the group, at 36. She was born in a small country town. Rebekka was born with a pale purple tone skin and was hard to hide it. Her mother and father thought it was a skin condition up until they found three small bumps on her forehead appear and then one day turned into three shiny orbs, the same colours as her eyes. They took her to the doctor many times but couldn’t find anything medically wrong with her. Rebekka was a loner and was home schooled, her parents feared she would be bullied if they sent to her to a proper school. Intelligent and dutiful, Rebekka did as she was told and without a word back.

One day while playing in the woods behind her house, she noticed that wherever she went that spiders seemed to follow her. She started talking to them and they replied back, she would spend MUCH time in the woods with her ‘friends’. when she was 14 her upper canines grew longer and curved a bit, making it even more hard to hide her oddities. She continued these visits to the wood until way into her teens, when one day at age 18 a couple of kids her age came over after seeing her many times go into the woods. They knew about her and got mocking her looks and a freak with doing things with her teeth and her forehead.

But when one girl got physically with her, the group found themselves seamed by MILLIONS of spiders, killing all them. She told the spiders to stop and they did, but it was too late. Rebekka ran home to tell her parents, but they were not home. Scared of the consequences, she packed her backpack and her ID and whatever money she had built up from her chores. She wrote a note to her parents and apologised for running off but she thought it would be best to leave and not include them.

She got a hood on and got on a train to the city, away from the country town she was in all her life. She stay hidden for a good 5 years, when a raid came to her area and she got busted, she was about to get arrested when Cascadia reduced her and asked if she wanted to join her. She agreed for shelter and safety.
