I thought it wasn't true...I denied all accusations...
I can't be a monster...
I'm not a monster...
But here I am...
Locked away in a cave to die...
I thought my friends liked me...
I thought I was loved...
But they betrayed me...
Chained me...
Bruised me...
Threw me out like a piece of garbage...
.... Maybe I am garbage....
Either way, they want me gone...
If I don't die from starvation or suffocation, I will die from the cold...
Taken hostage and brutally murdered by frostbite...

I'm no great storywriter so I apologize if it's bad :'D it's just the story I had in mind when I saw the prompt
I would say they got out just fine, after they remembered that they have acid saliva and they broke through their chains. However, they're still lost and cold. I won't go into more detail because they're not mine but that's my headcanon for the prompt!!
I absolutely love this child and I hope whoever gets them gives them the best home!
