Hey, who says you can't care deeply about someone without having to be "in love" with them per se?? It shows a close bind of friendship, Sakura and Naruto couldn't be together.
Naruto would get on her nerves for being a "baka" and end up punching him anyways. Does that seem like a healthy relationshipt to you?
