Faerie-vampire hybrids possess all the powers of faeries and vampires
As with normal vampires and fairies, faerie-vampire hybrids become more powerful as they age, in terms of both their fae and vampiric abilities.
Mew however hasn’t been around the block for that long so while they have acquired some of the abilities such as,

Superhuman physical abilities and stamina: Faerie-vampires have the supernatural ability to jump, run and move at amazing speeds. Like normal vampires, Faerie-vampires are superhumanly strong and grow more so with age.
Which is a very weird trait for a man that’s always running late

It is also nearly impossible to tire a fairy-vampire hybrid. Their bodies produce fewer fatigue toxins during physical activity and due to their vampire side they do not need to sleep and do not require oxygen or food.

Flight: Like normal vampires, faerie-vampires can fly. However it is unknown whether this ability comes more naturally to faerie-vampires, or if it is individual specific as with normal vampires, in Mew’s case he tends to use his wings so he doesn’t know if he could or could not fly without using them.

Advanced Healing: The supernatural ability to heal all infections and injuries at an accelerated rate, but can’t heal others.

Immortality: The supernatural ability of eternal life and youth.

Heightened Senses: The ability to hear, see, smell and taste beyond the human limit.

Fangs: While cool, and useful when fully out, he can’t make them go away entirely.

Daytime Walking/Daywalker: Due to their faerie side he can be out in direct sunlight with no issue.

Photokinesis: Fairies have the ability to project and control light and nature. Fairies and witches are the only species shown to possess this power.

A Fae with this ability can channel nature through their body and project it in a concentrated and powerful blast of light which seems to manifest as kinetic force, conclusively throwing or repelling objects a considerable distance.

Most fairies use this ability to attack an enemy. They can even turn the energy into an explosive ball that they can throw at their enemies, somewhat like a grenade.

But Mew can only make a very very faded light glow around him like a firefly

Mesmerization: Fairies can make humans do their bidding. The fairy only needs to have eye contact in order to seize your mind with a simple phrase or change in tone of voice.

Weaknesses:

Open mind: Their minds can still be read by fairies and halflings, he has no way of stopping it if they try it.

Fangs: As he can’t make them fully go away he is afraid of being exposed as a vampire and pops out if he is over stimulated.

Needs sleep: Unlike most other vampires this man requires sleep at least a full 6h uninterrupted to function normally, if he doesn’t sleep enough he ends up craving more red liquids.

Lacks superhuman reflexes: Or even normal human like reflexes, can’t catch anything you throws at him

Personality: Mew is and always has been a bit of a daydreamer, which often causes him to get lost in thought and he is always late even when it’s just getting home from work.

Shapeshifting: He can only turn into a cloud of butterflies, and can’t control it as it happens when he gets spooked.

Bright lights: Like a fiddler crabs freeze when a bright light shines on them, so does Mew, but he also feels a need to follow it so after having been frozen for a few minutes he moves fast towards the light.

Eye contact: Eye contact makes his body shiver and he hates looking into others eyes so he always hides his eyes. So he can’t use his Mesmerization.

Telepathy: Fairies have the ability to read each other's minds and can read other peoples' minds as well, but Mew can’t do that for him; it just causes a migraine if he tries it.

Personality:
Mew is pretty shy so he doesn’t talk much, but once you befriended him he will be annoying, as he will annoy you on purpose.
Mew has no idea how to act when someone cries, he still wants to make it stop but he might not do a good job at it.
Loves to say “I told you so” when they predicted something, which almost never happens.
Has no sense of time, so he’s never on time for anything, not that he doesn’t try to be.

Mew can be skittish and easily spooked especially when he’s distracted by something else.
He loves to listen to others talk which makes him a really good listener.
The man used to be too trusting as you might have figured as he is a halfling of a rare kind, but now he is everything but trusting, and very cautious.

He has a lot of empathy for others even after everything he’s been through.
Mew is also a man of both patience and tolerance so he puts up with a lot before his fuse goes off.

History: One day he came into the world.
He lived the happy and carefree days of a young faerie who was never anyone important, nor was his family.
The happy days lasted for such a long time until he meet the sharp toothed b*stered that took the liberty of sampling him like a cosco sample.

Miraculously with how delicious faerie blood is to vampires he survived, but at what cost?
His amazingly beautiful reflection was gone, and those that had surrounded him with love and care before now feared him, sometimes he even feared himself when the urges flooded his mind at night.
So for the sake of his loved ones he left his home and everything else he had ever known before.
After having roamed around for a long time he made it around to a quiet place where he got a place to stay and spends most days in his room working on his instruments.

Job: He creates instruments for a living, four hands can be very handy there.

Extra:
Loves their reflection but no longer has one, that’s the real curse.
Some says he looks just like any other Faerie even after he was turned
His tongue works like a straw and reaches down to his second chest when fully extracted.
As vampire-faeries have functional circulatory systems and are warm to the touch like faeries, Mew still feels warm to hold.
Faerie-vampires can subsist on mortal food like faeries, or on blood like vampires.
So as one Mew prefers mortal food especially Carbonara.
