Maybe you had some acidic food earlier and that compounded with the pills... Either way, milk should help, if it doesnt i strongly advise some kind of antiacid and a glass of water (dont have too much or you might throw up)

The funny thing is I ran into my grandmother's house crying and then she would move it for me even though I was screaming in pain and she was like, "See? You can move it, your fine." I still laugh at that to this day. Just because you can move something doesn't mean it ain't broken. XD
