Not to be a buzzkiller but catnip shouldn't work on either Mew or Mewtwo : they're Jerboas. Not cats.

I believe there's something called Pokenip that had a similar effect though it appears to work on all Pokemon as the scene I'm remembering involved Bulbasaur taking a sniff, getting a stoned look on his face and proceeding to cuddle against Ash's leg.
