there's actually 2 cats in my neighbourhood

once, some of the 10-11 year old kids gave them catnip

the girl, who was usually quite bold, energetic and liked attention, just kept acting drunk (rolling around everywhere lazily and randomly pawing at things).

the boy, who was very shy and usually only comes out and agrees to pets if you have food, became the equivalent of swap sans after eating too much sugar. i don't need to elaborate on that.
