Hmmm, well, Shaymin change form due to a certain flower, it's not that wild to speculate that there'd be other flowers that will have unique effects to certain Pokemon. It'd be cool if the flower was symbolic, like Shaymin's flower represents gratitude. Like, maybe change and perseverance, or even patience, considering it only blooms once every hundred years.

Apparently the only species that give live birth in this au are humans, and some legendaries, and mythicals. Also mew is apparently it's own cloning machine, witch makes sense considering some plants and animals can clone themselves like strawberries and the like.
