sorry I've been leaving you guys hanging about it, but it's been..years since my last update..and I am just not feeling the desire to go back to it anymore. So from here on Kiara's Reign in officially cancelled, I am not going to continue it anymore, too much drama, too many fanbrats, too much theftnow this doesn't mean I'm not going to draw lion king anymore, every now and then maybe I'll draw something, and so please don't use Koda, Asha or Leah without my permission, they are still my fancubs

i honestly haven't read your lion king stuff. i'm sure it's good, but for reasons unknown to me there are so many lion king fanfics and they do tend to get purest. so i feel for you. it's painful to leave a story unfinished but even worse to deal with a toxic fan base.

Well that sucks! I haven't had a chance that read that one yet, I only have read Endertale (sorry if it's spelled wrong), and I really like your art and stories and so does Acerow. Although if this isn't also too much to ask, do you think you could still at least tell us what you had in plans? At least what your idea was for the rest of the plot and the ending since you're not continuing it anyway?

Sorry to hear that. It sucks when the fanbase has to ruin your pleasure for things you like. Things always has to be what they want and to them what they want is always right and ignore how other people feel. It's also not just the lion king fanbase, it's everwhere! The spyro fandom is crazy as hell too and there's always battle about which game is better, the classics, legends, (or that skylander advertisment). The spyro fandom has gotten bad to the point where most can't tell the difference between Spyro OCs and regular dragon OCs. Seriously, any dragon to them is dubbed a Spyro OC, and it's kinda annoying.
Β Comics can also be a hassle, especially when you draw them digitally. Me myself want to do comics, but I can almost never keep up with them unless a I draw them traditionally black and white. (To be honest I kind of prefer it now) even then it still gets hard cause of writers & artist block. Max of one comic right now is um...20 pages, gotta shade the 20th, and I've been working on this sense last year...(plus there's also the fact that I'm working on more than one story and never stick to one for very long. ^^')

Well I hope certain people, not gonna name names are happy now because while I'm sure they're not entirely the reason you stopped doing the comic I'm sure they were part of the reason. This is why we can't have nice things.
While I am sad to see the comic go, I'm glad you're not letting those idiots get to you. Keep doing what you're doing, I look forward to whatever you're working on next wither it's Lion King, Undertale or otherwise!

I understand this completely; it can really be overwhelming, and not just that, but to be dedicated to creating a comic --any story at all really-- and then on top of it getting stressed seeing the fanbase go nuts and go in the completely wrong direction that would kill creativity to continue it... Drama sucks and I have never and still never want(ed) to be a part of it.

Okay, it's your art. If people are outright making you desire to quit, do it. Don't force yourself, do things you wanna do.

I used to watch Lion King as a kid. I didn't even realize that you had this Lion King fan comic before, but I'm sorry you have to deal with such difficult people. Trolls, thieves, and brats are pretty much the scum of the Earth and just don't know how to be patient, or even accept the consequences of their actions. You don't need to deal with the drama you're getting. Just do what works best for you and don't let difficult people get to you.

This is really sad, I actually started to follow you because of this comic u.u is really awful how people can get on an artist's nerve to the point of making them uncomfortable with their own creation.. (I know this is not the only reason you decided to cancel, but I also have seen some nasty comments and situations about you TLK art; also a lot of not-nice pressure to continue it...)
This makes me sad, bur I prefer you being honest about canceling, you are a great artist and I really enjoy the stories and universes you are creating (endertale has becoming my favorite post-ending undertale comic) and well, Kiara's reign was really good while it lasted; thank you for that story.

Aw man! Kiara's Reign is how I found you in the first place, but seeing as a lot of other jackasses found art to steal through Kiara's Reign as well, it's easy to see why you would do so. Hope to see more of the cubs though, and more of Endertale.
