Ash was for 2 rough, he needed the go slow and do biscuits himself with just his fingers in the have to do it very very gently and you gotta do it with a little bit of into the belly with the tip your fingers and nails. And you really need to simulate with your fingers kittens doing the biscuits into the moms belly. Maybe then Mewtwo would start doing deep purring.
