I decided to do some fan art of an Undertale fanfiction I've been following. It's really interesting so far and I suggest you guys check it out, it introduces a new world of monsters but keeps the same spirit the game has
Basic premise is Frisk is abducted from their monster family in a beam of light and finds themself in another world of monsters above the clouds, and so they have to find a way back home while the monsters try got find a way to get to this world to find their human. All while a bounty is placed on the human's head for their soul by the ruler of the kingdom. It serves as sort of a sequel and what-if, where not all of the monsters were sealed underground. Some were sent to this other realm in the "Outerworld" and trapped up there
so no it isn't that "Outertale" AU, it's something else

here's what I see in the picture
1 being (Fisk) pulled/drawn into the air , that person holding onto one end of something (_I think it's___a_bone__) & 6 individuals holding on the bone which is acting a a tether/lifesaver
my questions
does just Frisk find himself in another world are 2 or more merged together into one being to form/get "..themselves.."

, that word (themself) has/had a different meaning to me before , , I might understand most/all now

"themselves" if referring to a group, "themself" is referring to a gender neutral person, I've just learned to roll with it because I didn't get it either

what I mean is I was alright with the concept of dating that person & even more , however when I met other of the gender neutral people

well personally I don't mind my very macho (minded) friends referring to me as feminine or girl because I am not quite up to the macho manliness of something like say killing a grizzly bear with a pocket/bowing knife as the/a legend of Davey Crocket says the legend done , but I don't want everybody to refer to me that way , ((like a friend who has 1 or more tattoos but is not as physically strong (looking) as me & non-family/friends don't have authority/my permission to call me a female adjective or pronoun))

I'm not arguing/debating that fact , just saying there are different people with different attitudes
I am male but there are some who I will allow to refer to me as 1 or more female pronouns while I want most people to reffer to me as Mister , Sir or other male pronouns
,, I also know of some who don't take to being reffered to by their correct sexual pronoun
(like girls who are lesbians that like being called tom-boys rather then girls)

I like the scenery and how it looks. The expression on everyone's face explains what is happening like is Frisk returning "home"? Is she being abducted? From the yellowish light and direction it looks like she returning back to where she came from or maybe the afterlife? (I have not read the fan fic).
I would suggest that if you added a bit of shadow underneath Toriel and Sans. I would understand that this is from a bird eyes view, but at the same time without the small it of shadow it does make the image flat a bit. I can see the shadow behind the king which is good but there would be a shadow if there is something blocking the path of the light. Which in this case, Frisk and those who are holding onto Frist while floating at the same time. Just wanted to share that.

Though the description still says that they're being stolen by a monster kingdom above the clouds.
If I placed a shadow under Toriel and Papyrus it would make it look like they were on the ground, I had tried it, but considering where the light is coming from, there's a reason why Asgore is the only one casting a shadow, and Alphys and Sans are high enough that their shadows aren't so noticeable, so I didn't put them in

I see where you are coming from though. It does look like everyone expect Alphys and Sans were the only ones off the ground from this angle but at the same time it does look like they are forcefully being pulled from the ground. Still nice work!
