no this isn't canon with Endertale or anything, it's simply a what-if scenario where Toriel and Asgore get back together and they have a lil' baby goat ^^ (sorry Soriel shippers, I'll always love Tori and Gorey :3 )
I've played around with the idea for a while, at first I was going to have the baby be a boy, but after much debate with my roommates we decided to make her a girl :3 her name is Astell, letters taken from "Toriel" and "Asgore" though an extra L was added X3 and yeah she has a little mark on the tip of her right ear. I like to think that Frisk had to adjust a bit to having a baby sister, not feeling jealous or anything...but feeling like they don't really fit into the family, but thankfully papa goat talks to them. I like to think Astell looks up to Frisk the most when she grows up X3

I know Astel isn't canon with Endertale (you literally said it in the description), but I hope she becomes a part of the story! Maybe you could add her to the end or something, after a timeskip? Just a suggestion. I'm sure you've already thought out the whole story, and I'm sure it'll be great no matter what because your story and character writing are both solid as rocks.
Either way, this is adorable! I love how Frisk feels somewhat uncomfortable, almost as if Astel's presence makes them question if they're really a Dreemurr. Very realistic. Glad Asgore talked some sense into them. No matter what happens, they will ALWAYS be a part of the family.
