when you expose brighter, like one stop of your camera, you can blow all back away as white.
check out "over exposure" on the net for more details.

"1 stop over exposure" is not that strong.
in this case it is just bright enough to get white background.
and compare to fish, white board has much higher reflectivity.
so it reflects light many more.
you can try and send me the result, i can tell you more detailed advice.

do you use Internet Expolor?
if so hit f5, or reload the page.
if you use your computer for long time, you may not have enough resources, usually it works fine when you try right after you turn on your computer.
i think i mad this way to big.
