I had this urge to try to draw a cute fairy for a change. Since im nut sure i actually ever include faeries in my currents stories, ill just make a fanart.

In my (GIS) comics universe fairies (or Faeries) do exist, but unlike merfolk, they prefer to live secluded from humans (but some of them wouldn't mind humans as long as they dont cause problems). They are not malicious, but can often play tricks on invasive humans.

I made faeries to look little bit like pixies and gave them long elf-like ears. They also have four fingers and toes. Faeries have also wings of different kinds of insects (butterfly, fly, bee, mosquite, beetle etc.) I left it ambigious whatever they actually have antennas or if its just their hairstyle. Fae-folk, and their neighbours, gnomes have both inate magical abilities, like ability to turn invisible, manipulate wind, force someone to sleep, cast illusions etc. For their small stature, they can be surprisingly endurable and can throw a nasty punch if angered.
