Personality: She's rather kind but stays reserved as to not tell people she's a mermaid, she panics when someone so much as mentions the sea or takes a glance to her starfish necklace. and immediately tries t get them distracted about something else.
History/Backstory: I'll just sum it up. Atlanta used to date a guy who was practically a mage, he gifted her a necklace in the shape of a starfish. However when they broke up he cursed her necklace, causing her to never be able to take it off, and to become a mermaid.
Powers:
-Her necklace allows her to turn to a form that allows her to walk on land, however it is limited to work for only 24 hours before she must head back to the sea and turn back into a mermaid. The very moment time runs out she turns into her mermaid look and must be taken to the sea by someone else, as she cant exactly move on land like that. If she wastes all those hours in the day she must stay a mermaid in the water for 48 hours before she can change back again.
-[Adding onto necklace] Every time she turns into her land form, she is unable to walk for about an hour, her legs are incredibly weak in that hour so she usually changes when shes dragged herself into the cave to her clothes, else that'd be very strange for some random stranger to see.
-Able to breathe both in and out of water.
