rules r up there i lost the original. ill try and find it.ok so asked that i make another kyuubi base. she gave me the link and i made it. there was originally a lil naruto infront of Kyuubi's face but ill add him in as an option. do what u want to the base just show me when ur done and give credit to the creator.
