Bio:

The Hero of Inkopolis who saved Inkopolis from ultimate doom. Although Agent 8 is skilled in combat and is able to use anything that has any edge as a lethal weapon, she dislikes fighting altogether and she rather have fun with her friends and family on Turf War rather than dominate or getting splats, as a matter of fact, if you see her scoreboard, she usually has the splats in bare minimum (1 or 2 max).

This is all due to her creation, she was genetically engineered by Octavio using his own DNA and an Elite Octoling DNA to create the perfect soldier capable of single handedly killing Agent 3 (Cereza) and 4 (Jill), sadly, a computer error and a wrongly inputted code during her "nursering" stage caused an unexpected side effect, Octavio got his perfect killing machine but with one of the most soft hearts ever known, if Tail knew that the target was not alive she would destroy it no problem, but if it was a living thing, she refused to kill, causing her a crap ton of problems in Octovalley, Octavio was even forced to use the hypno shades on her to suppress her good heart, but just like all other octolings who heard the magical Calamari Inkantation, her good heart finally took control and stopped fighting Agent 3, much to Agent 3 surprise.

However, during the Tartar incident, Tail psyche broke permanently, she suffered a memory wipe deleting pretty much any childhood memories she had and was put in crio while Tartar cloned her nonstop in hopes that his experiments produced the ultimate lifeform to replace the Inklings and Octolings. When all previous test subjects failed the test and it was her time to reach the "Promised Land", Tail was forced to kill and splat any sanitized octarian she came across during her test chambers, usually crying while do so, as she did remember that she did not wanted to kill anything however it was until the Girl Power station where Tail finally broke and fought back in all her supreme soldier gene, however, her methods to do so were a cruel display, so much she cried non stop on the ride to the last thang.

Once she could fight back and escape the test facility of Deep Sea Metro, Marina and several psychologist Pearl hired were able to determine what happened to her mind, due to Tartar experiments combined to the experiments involved in her creation, her memory has reset to a blank slate so mentally she is around 10 years old, it is unknown when her mind with catch up with her body, but it will take time, not even Orisa or Star magic can heal this state, however, Tail said she prefer this as it is a chance to make new and bright memories. In battle she tends to use the true octoshot with a deadly efficiency, even higher than the Elite Octarians, same thing goes for the roller or Ballpoint Splatting, however she does suffer from some PTSD events that "switch" her to "kill mode", usually a simple word from 3 is enough to snap her right back, but if she is not around, pray her good heart kicks back in before she finds you.

Strengths:

- Her PTSD is not easy to trigger, it must be specific to Agent 8 herself (Such as an 8 Ball falling of a pool table or the sounds of a VERY specific brand of blenders)

- Octavio fighting knowledge implanted on her mind makes her top efficient in turf coverage and splatting capabilities

- Anything she picks up can become a weapon, even the pieces of broken weapons

- When finally pushed to fight, she will NOT quit.

Weakness:

- Once PTSD is triggered, only Agent 3 is able to get her out of it.

- Infinite Inkjet makes her an easy spottable target for a Charger user

- Since she rather not kill, she is an easy prey for anything that focus on splats rather than turf coverage (Making Splatfest a living nightmare for Tail)

- Relies heavily on muscle memory
