The first of a series of drawings I'd like to do as an ongoing project: Gotta Draw 'Em All! Probably not the most original name but if issues arise ill just change it, no biggie

The idea is for me to draw every Pokemon, both in my style and with my own headcannons(?) added to their designs, to get me to draw often, and draw . Basically, each Pokemon may share more features from related species, evolutions, and/or inspirations than they do now. So for example, Charmander and Charmeleon may have tiny, flightless wings from Charizard, and Grovyle might have a tail since both Treecko and Sceptile do.

So, what better choice to start with than the first Pokemon created, eh? (In real life, at least). This was kinda experimental, but I think it turned out ok. From here on though, the next Pokemon I draw will be up to random chance.
