This was done for 's contest for this month.

*you might want to download this one cause i put a lot of detail into, and i especially like the eyes!

Her name is Chrona, and she lives in the 4th dimension. so she never dies, and everything at every point in time is the present.
She is eternal, until existence ceases to exist, and time no longer has relevance in the universal plains.
I picture her either being a character that could be summoned to cast haste on your party, and slow on your enemies.

Or if she was a main character, she would have taken mortal form for some reason, like the villain of an evil empire wished to controle the flow of time, so he did something, and she awoke in the mortal wolrd with limited time capabilities, and not able to see the future, then the main character(probably some dude with a sweet hair cut and who will eventually get some sort of sword that can CUT through time) comes along on his way home from a neighboring village for some e-relevant reason, and so happens to save her from some sort of wild beasts in the forest they most probably are in. Neither of them know whats going on, but somehow they get mixed into the world at war, and slowly discover reasons for why Chrona appeared on earth. Meanwhile you have the main big-bad scouring the planet for this girl so he can acheave his true plans of universal domination. I can imagine the bad guys making you think of those from either gundam(the zeon) or well, the nazis....damn nazis!
