Just look at how amazing this isRules:
- Credit me for the base. You can do this by copying and pasting :icon*tech-kitten: , but without the * inbetween.
- "Credit to the base" or "Base by tech-kitten" is not proper credit. "Base by " is.
- Please put some effort into your work. I know it's just a base, but that's no excuse not to try your best!
- You may use for point/cash commissions, adopts, whatever you want!
- You may edit the base however you wish, just don't repost a blank base.
- Don't ask if you can use it. Anyone can use it, as long as they aren't on my ban list.
- You can link back to your edit if you want to. If you've credited properly, I should see it via mentions, though.

Yeah, some people just need a calm reminder that they forgot! Forgetting is a very human thing to do, and a small reminder can go a long way, instead of screaming. They probably just made a small mistake! ^-^

Yep! Totally agreed, mistakes happen and so does forgetting things, I forgot what I had for dinner last night. If you yell at someone for forgetting, and then you forget something like base credit, you'll get the same treatment you gave.
