June Rose stuck there with Fluttershy, always telling her never to give up, when fluttershy gets knocked off the clouds and into Ponyville because of the Rainbow Dash Cute Mark Story, she (obviously) meets butterflies, cutie mark and yes, thats much, anyways, When Fluttershy fell off she got a cottage and stayed in Ponyville, June Rose writes her letters, but she also says this.

"Fluttershy, we miss you up here in Cloudsdale and Congratulations on your cutie mark! But I just want you to know,
Never give up, Fluttershy. We miss you, that doesnt mean to come back up here, you should stay in Ponyville and since you
got your Cutie Mark there you should STAY THERE!!! Its a sign! Bye Fluttershy, Ill write often"
