Yep, I made a go-kart...frame, seat.... made by me (really cheap)
motor.... 6.5Hp, good friends
tires, sprockets, gears, springs, soon to be lights..... out of pocket.
I have always wanted one, now that I have had some parts I made years ago, pluse Over-time at work, I was able to get it running...lol
Now I just need to get lights so I can drive it out in the boon-docks (my friends back yard, aoutside of city limits) at night.
Well I wanted to ask everyone what color I should paint it.... I just had the light blue rust proof paint.
anyways firts test drive with the new gears was tonigt, and my nabors now hate me.... but it ran so nicely.. LOL

UPDATE ...... I tool it for a "Test Drive" well it went between 49-51 MPH and the front weels came off the ground a few times......
Now I can say it runs good... sterring is very tight, at top speed that is (dont swerve... lol ) I need to change some of the gears around so I can take the turns better (if the back weels lock up at high speeds the engine will stop) when I Drift them....
Overall it was fun making it and riding it..... Now, off to the next toy, like getting pennies for MSU.

NICE WORK TONY!!! That thing is freakin' AWESOME O_O WOW.. I can't believe you BUILT that.. my god.. I can't even imagine the amazing cosplay items you could build.. *faints* I like the blue actually, but if I could choose any other color I tihnk it should be.. well then, I would say Black.. or Red.. maybe.. XD Still, amazing.
