The rank system and insignia of the "Inter-Planetary Security Orginization" a military peacekeeping force in my (theoretical) upcoming webcomic. As a space navy, the names are a mash-up of modern-day army and navy ranks. The insignia are based on their modern counterparts, but with a futuristic flair.EDIT: I can't believe I misspelled "Sergeant". I'll have to fix that...
