Well, considering that Kitten has been hanging around the Emperor for so long, any claims that he is a heretic would simply be subjective opinion, since any daemon without sufficient power (like Magnus) would be repulsed by the sheer amount of Emprah-pattern warp-radiation clinging to him via sustained proximity.
