Description
This is the revised design of Rachael Kimball the living Kamen Rider reference. I learned from the feedback I got from the forum post I've made days before about my pervious designs of these characters. Rachael was made to be a bit of a bratty young girl but I messed up her design and accidently made her look grown up. Anyways I kept her mostly red dress but have added some colors to the design. The colors are inspired by Kamen Rider Den-O's cast of four Imagins as a reference to the show. All things considered I think this redesign works much better then her old one. Plus I got some practice drawing younger characters from this so that's a plus.
