I recently revived my PSP and then rediscovered how I put in a lot of games before I bought my Nintendo 2DS back in 2013. Among the games in my PSP, I've been playing with Power Stone again and reminded me of how much that game was a milestone in the fighting genre for me. You have characters that can power up to another form when 3 power stones are collected, arena fighting mechanics that ventured more into adventure in the sequel and how the story mode character endings in the 1st game were presented in a storybook fashion(I seriously feel like this style or a stage play style could work if this game got picked up for a movie or something seeing that it was a 19th century setting). Such a shame that this series never had a 3rd game so my plan to compensate for that is to do more Power Stone characters in the future and because I might consider selling this as a print for my college's upcoming art market.
