Description
A comic villain I had created years ago (never got to send him off for publishing tho), Cutthroat.

Formerly a member of the Chicago underground, he was framed against those who employed him and they had his hands removed as a form of justice. After having cybernetic hands surgically added, Cutthroat now hunts those who he once called "friend".

The costume is all black except the skull logo on the face. His cybernetic limbs are only exposed as far up as seen but under the sking of his arms, the connections to his upper arms are made. His elbows have also been reinforced to stand against the additional strength of his hands.

Retractable blades are enclosed in all fingers and both thumbes. Cutthroat can expose or retract any combination of them with a thought, but he cannot make them slide in or out slowly (like Wolverine of the X-Men).

I know there are a lot of gamers out there who play City of Heroes. Cutthroat would be most anxious to joing the ranks of heroes or villains at your leisure (yes, you may use him. I'd think it was cool).

For skills, Cutthroat prefers blades but can use most handguns and rifles. Stealth and leathal one-shots are his forte.
