Ahh Gene, the party’s smart edge lord turned medic. He’s not always the friendliest person around but he’s just not very good at expressing friendliness to people. Most people mistake him for a goblin, but Gene is a Nephilim, specifically an Emissary. They are often very “alien” looking but are actually a subspecies of human created thousands of years ago along with the many subspecies in game. And yes, they also have elf ears. Check out the first image on rpgknights.com/fragged-empire-… , although the elfy looking ones are uh, a distinct minority amongst the genetically engineered army of the distant future.
