Description
This is the stationary standing Sonic from the Sega Genesis era "Sonic the Hedgehog" games. Every pixel is represented by a 2x2 lego plate (And they ARE Lego, not Mega Blox, not painted over or any of that other BS, LOL >

Yes I can, if you'll commission it ^_^ I am broke so I cannae afford to build another right now, this one cost me around $110 in parts. Send me a private message and we'll discuss if you'd care to, i'm very reasonable when it comes to this, but it does take some starting dough.

i've got 3 layers of 2X4s and 2X2s cross-braced under it, all red actually except around the edges (Red is cheapest)

that sorta scheme. Yeah it really is too big to do just one layer, even with 3 it sorta droops a little but I lean it against something when its not on a surface

That's cool, I was just trying to figure out how the support was figured in since you have pieces that stick out, like a 2x2 piece, and something like a 16x16 board would show through in the negative space. Awesome work though... can't wait to see if you do anymore.

ACTUALLY, working on a NES Mario 3 Raccoon Tail Mario as we speak, but I ran out of skin tone plates and gotta wait for another paycheck -_-

Jesus Jackhammer Christ, I didn't expect the first comment for a while.. you guys humble me O_O Thank you so much..
BTW I didn't just grab a bunch of each colour and start puttin it together, I actually designed it in CAD first and got a count of all the dif pieces i'd need before I started, and I knew where to put each one... even so, it took me about 3 days (not nonstop obviously)
