(For all you wondering what happened to the old deviation with the same name, I got rid of it in favor of this one.)This was created at my buddy's (Cobra740) house using his camera. Basically, it involves using a flashlight to illuminate a subject on a long shutter time. The only Photoshop work was to lighten it a bit.
