I wanna stress here. The point of this stamp is just cuz someone or a group DOESN'T suffer one significant form of

discrimination, doesn't mean that particular person of that group doesn't know what another form

of discrimination is. Everyone has been hated on for something they can't help. That's what we all share

as human beings. I'm a gender fluid, bisexual woman and even I know that the point is see each other as

EQUAL HUMAN BEINGS, rather than just shifting the blame/hate onto another group and get nothing done!

Food For Thought Especially During the Holidays.

I recently had one ass hole misread one of my stamps and called me out for being straight and cis. Not naming names because that's immature. First off, they were wrong on the cis part as I consider myself genderfluid, but see that's the reason I need to address. Being an asshole to people who are just fine with the gender they're born with and prefer to love the opposite gender.

You know equality doesn't mean to be an asshole to a group of people, just because they have a few assholes among their group.

Omg, that person is being an asshole to a group of people. What does that remind people, especially in the LGBT+ community of?

Yes, cis and straight people do have their share of problems, including oppression. What do you think racism is? Racism has nothing to do with sexuality! Being straight/cis does not mean their problems magically go away or they don't face any issues.

You can be cis and straight (This includes white cis straight males. No hating on them either people.) and still be/have

  • Mental problems, behavior disorders/conditions, learning disorders, ect. (Such as Autism, Down Syndrome, Schizophrenia, Depression, ect)
  • Racism.
  • Diseases/illnesses
  • Be of religion (Yes people bash religion. I get hounded on sometimes for believing a "imaginary man in the sky" as some ass holes like to put it.)
  • Be Athiest (Some religious folk can be assholes. Assholes exist everywhere. No excuse for either one to bash each other.)
  • Otherkin
  • Furry/anthro
  • Poor
  • Have family issues such as even be not accepted. There are families who won't accept their kids for various other reasons ranging from the child and parent/family having completely different beliefs, families having too high standards for their children, a grown children having bf/gf or husband/wife that their family disapproves of forwhatever reason.  You get the picture, family can be difficult for everyone.
  • Not having a family at all.
  • Still face bullying or personal judgements for whatever reason because assholes will find a reason to be assholes.

Further more, you can be straight and still be transgender. A transgender woman can still like men, so as long as they themselves identify as being a woman, they can be considered straight if they like men only. (Same vice versa for transgender men liking women.)

So yeah, people of all race, gender, sexuality and beliefs will face problems including oppression and bullying.Sometimes exactly the same pain people of LGBT+ faces. The helplessness feels the same and the thing is, people can be assholes because they were mistreated or have a bad life. You just don't know and yeah, it's no excuse for them to be an asshole, but it's something to think about before being asshole back to them.

You want equality, treat everyone and I mean EVERYONE equal. Equality means we're the same, same treatment, no one gets special treatment. No special snowflakes!
