Nice. I thought of including twin Control Freaks for humor, but I decided not to clutter the pic.
But good ideas. Nice matchups. I'm way too lazy to continue with the same idea, though.

Abso-fuggin'-lutely perfect. Genius idea, and the matchups are perfectly seamless, right down to Robin's weapon of choice! And, of course, whether we like the movies or not, everyone loves a Matrix parody.
Also, I could easily a sequel pic to this, with the villians of Teen Titans as the villians of the Matrix. I could see Gizmo as Cipher, cause they're both bald and sneaky. And Slade would be perfect as Smith. For one thing, they are both very calm and cool, and they give those long speeches. And the line, "It is inevitable" would be perfect for Slade! Just put him in an agent suit and make him say: It is inevitable. And Blackfire might work out as Persephone, kissing Robin/Neo. Malichor might be an appropriate character for the twin ghosts. And I'm sure there are plenty more. Oh yeah, not villians, but Bumblebee would be perfect as Niobe, and Sarasim could make a pretty fair Zee. Not that they deserve their own Matrix poster though. So whaddya think?
