Description
"There's something strange about Cannoli. When we go on missions in hot, arid environments, their flame becomes cooler than the ambient itself. Standing under their cover is more tolerable for me as an ice-type than out in the open. However, in the cold regions where I am well adapted, their flame turns unbearably warm.
Why is that so? Does it have to do with their fire, ghost-typing, or is it an inherent feature to the litwick pokemon line?
This requires further investigation."

The colours here are very bright and I think it compliments the drawing nicely. The very bright colour scheme and the melting of vivi really helps to show that the temperature's not all that pleasant. I may not know much about the technicalities of drawing but I do know one thing, wich is that this rocks!
