Obsidian Cursors is a shiny and clean cursor set created in Inkscape based upon the Polar Cursor Theme - created by Eric Matthews [ECHM]The cursors were created for software released under the GPL license -> [link]

I know this is an older post, but .rar files are unrar with a program like WinRAR. There are free alternatives like 7zip, which I recommend. Windows normally only comes with a basic zip archiver. RARΒ is just a different form of compression.
