Description

Whether it's for quick colonization or rapid troop deployment, Terlynn's Obelix series of ships has it covered. These massive vessels are primarily for rapid deployment via its large central opening for aerial units and drop pods, compensating for its much slower deployment of ground units by its base. Gravity in the vessel is artificially produced, with its sense of up aligned with the head. At the ship's head however, gravity is oriented differently to allow better for navigation. While its primary means of landing is by a harsh crash into the ground. embedding and anchoring in the process, its more civilian uses has its landing gear extended while its forward facing thrusters slow it down for a much more gentle landing before that same landing gear digs into the earth.

Inspired heavily by the warframe condrix. No arms, but definitely the general shape and gaping middle.
