4 mix species equine created by the Forest God Faunus to serve as protectors to the Isle of Awry.

Personality: Calm and wise, Delon is the oldest of the four, created first by Faunus. He doesn't easily scare, or worry and has a cool collected answer for almost all problems. He doesn't jump to conclusions, or emotions. Something of a fatherly figure, he tends to be especially kind and gentle with the very young and weak. He does not sing, per say, but has a tendency to hum in deep rumbling vocals, allowing the sound to reverberate through the forest when he meditates. He is the only other being on the island, beside select spirits, that can actually hold an audience with Faunus himself.

History: Delon was the first created by Faunus. The god was concerned about the vast forest he had chosen for his home, and knew he himself could not be everywhere at once, despite the assumed "omnipotence" of gods. He wanted to create one as calm and collected as himself, with the strength and presence that would gain the creature respect among the growing population. He also wanted his new guardian to be approachable, someone who would not immediately strike fear into hearts. And Thus he created Delon. A powerful draft stallion, though with the more soothing, and recognizable features of both the graceful deer, and the cunning raccoon.
Delon is the only creature beside a few spirits that actually report and speak with Faunus in person. The two share a connection that is not see in the three other guardians. They can speak to each others very hearts and if something were to befall one of them, both would be stricken. Delon has often aided his three siblings in the rare occasions in which humanity has touched the isle of Awry in the past decades, but in truth, little has been needed of their services, and the guardian's serve more as peacekeepers to the residents of Awry.
