With the rise of three opposing Ranger Factions, the United Nations orders the creation of an independent organisation; the Morphin' Enforcers. The Enforcers would ensure that these three Factions never go rogue. Using technology reverse-engineered from damaged Ranger tech, each Enforcer is capable of accessing the Universal Morphing Grid through a Grid Badge; a small badge-shaped personal transporter capable of transforming an ordinary human being at peak physical condition into a virtual super-soldier.

The Enforcers adhere to a strict hierarchy; Alphas are the recruits, Betas are entrusted with crowd control, Deltas are tasked with taking out possibly dangerous targets before the threat escalates, Omegas are entrusted with guarding important public figures and Zetas are commanding officers entrusted to head field operations.
