The last surviving member of the Azarus Clan, Riley D. Azarus has been living his life as a orphan under the custody of the Goldean family for 12 years.
Long ago, in Chronospheria, it was prophesied that one day, a descendant of the Chronospherian shall rise up and choose their own destiny. Whether they follow the path to good, or the other a dark road.
Masloring Ozukhan is the sole creator of the Azarus and Terroa clan, believing that the descendant of the Azarus clan will become the one to bring "salvation" to the whole universe.
One day, young Riley at the age of 5 caught a disease that infected both his heart and his kidney. He needed surgery, and also Masloring insisted on helping his "descendant" by giving him new ones of unknown origins.
After that, Riley was nurse back to health, stronger and faster. This was the start of a age-long conspiracy that ties into both his heritage and his purpose. Once he got to meet his family, he became much more close to himself, becoming both mentally and physically strong.

Abilities:

Electricity/Lightning: Being shocked multiple times by Masloring Ozukhan's machine, he is able to conduct electricity and summon lightning from storm clouds. His full potential largely stems from absorbing energy from a hurricane.
Super Speed: His Inner speed is second to none. He is fast enough to outrace a subway train, almost nearly breaking the sound barrier. His speed is limited to how much stamina he has left.
Fast Reflexes: Being a product of Masloring's experimentation, he engineered Destiny to react to danger. Similar to Spidey Sense, Destiny is able to dodge bullets at high speeds, catch a knife flung right at him, and even caught his girlfriend in the air where he accidentally shot her hoverboard while riding it in the air. The man drawback is that he can only pay attention to only two things at a time.

Form(s):

Beast Mode: A form where Destiny rejects his good side for only a couple of minutes to release the Inner Demon within him. It enhances his strength and doubles his speed. His claws are released which are made of Omnitanium (stronger than titanium), able to cut through solid steel. This form last only for 20 minutes.
Overcharged: Absorbed a large amount of electricity via generator to turn himself into a walking taser that allows him to fire his electricity into objects. He can also short-circuit machines, shutting them down. He can tether himself onto metal objects, swinging around like ropes. He can even discharged a power plant in mere seconds.
Limit Breaker: A form that everyone attains, unlocking their true potential. It allows Destiny to unlock his true power, breaking his limit and ascending to almost powerful being only for an hour. It enhances his Overcharged form by a dozen. The exception is that should he strain himself his body will cease on functioning, frying his brain in the process.

Weaknesses:
Water: Being a electricity/lightning user, Destiny isn't invincible to everything that is water. Having to touch water renders him powerless.
Earth: Electricity cannot pass through minerals such as stone and rock.
Low Self-Esteem: Being a Starlian Knight, Destiny suffers from being humiliated and embarrassed by those who make him look bad. One time, he was doing his duty, til he was told by one of the citizens to "screw off". Sometimes when he is failing to hold himself accountable for the problem he brings to his other friends. He blames himself for letting it happen. Realizing how powerful he is and yet hasn't fully achieved in putting it to good use. Which is why he proves it when he defeats and kills Akuzai Kizoku.
Tentacles: He is by far afraid of all kinds of cephalopods (squids, octopuses, starfish even) just how their limbs move around. It haunts him since he fears of being dragged down by them and drowning. One time, he cowered in fear when he confronted a giant squid.

He survived an exploding tower, running all the way to the bottom through the stairs.
Ran up against the wall of said tower, uppercutting a airship 230 feet in the air.
Summoned lightning to start a forest fire, spreading everywhere to catch his enemies.
Threw a literal bolt of lightning at a giant serpent, shocking it to death.
