This tutorial will teach you how to add swirls and liquify in Photoshop. This tutorial features Miyavi. You can view a full product of this here . I used Photoshop CS 3 for this, but I'm pretty sure it'll work just the same on any other programs, and higher or lower versions of Photoshop.
