I hear it, calling me in the darkness of my dreams.It's starving,
It's evolving,
It's taking form,
Chasing me like my shadow, in this endless room.
Staring at me and yelling when I move...
Hi Everybody, Now I present to you my first (published) work of this style, I really like it, You can do a lot with this technique, I know, it's not flawless But I'll keep practicing.
Done in 1 week, photoshop 6, with my mouse

Edit I forgot to thank ~adonihs for his usefull tutorials, I've been trying to do something like this before, until know I fully understand this thing and I must say... I'm in love with this technique
.Btw the dog is from one of my cousins and its name is Kiska, she is very .... weird
once she jumped from a 4th floor to chase a cat... and she survived

How did you do this? I know you said you used the mouse
but what program did you use? I love this - you painted with
the mouse - great colors - and the tension between the dog
and girl feels very real. Very brave of you to step outside
of yourself and work in a different style.

rofl @ dog story...I used to work for a veterinarian for many years..and I have heard some strange stories about dogs, but that is REALLY weird.
Now to the painting...it's wonderful work, well executed, and has me wondering about the technique you mentioned.
The color and the refined use of shading are especially nice.

that's such a cool technique. It gives it some sort of movement. The dog is some inner beast that she is afraid of. Kind of like being afraid of yourself. It looks so glossy. Very nice.
