Commission piece.
This costume was built using a custom made steel hoop skirt as a base to get the full skirt flare. Also features knee high boot feet with a zipper closure and hidden pockets in the sleeves to carry all the essentials.
Built utilizing a 3D printed headbase from Fuzzbutt Fursuits.
