Whew... read all of the comic in one shot ^w^, didn't took me too long.
I would have liked a bit more that Mitta said that little speech about her past though, to me it was interesting that she was the only one fully aware of the circumstances of their curse (everyone else was aware of the curse too but didn't seem to care about it that much), and also that she is sorry for her past *non* deeds towards Ruby (abandon a friend, huh? Not even I am capable of that), also it would have been nice that the little dialog from the end was on the end of the comic and after that showing the angry undead mob part (btw, who is that unicorn? That means sequel?) but everything else is fine, I dare to say that you helped to expand Sunny Town in your own way and interpretation keeping the enigma that is that town and its inhabitants.
Also, noted three little errors: on page 14 [link] , Apple Bloom is not shown taking the gem (which had to be in the town on a little bush by Gladstone's house, that is the second error but, like the key one, it is more stoy-wise and maybe you just put your version of the event, so it can be passed), which leads to page 19 [link] with Apple Bloom showing her Gem-spawn ability.
Still an awesome job nonetheless.
A tip: the comics is even more enjoyable with the original 8-bit music

Glad you enjoyed my version of Story of the Blanks ^^ with the gem, its just assumed that she took it, like when a character from the show takes something, you don't see it, and then it reapers later. something like that. but glad to hear that this helped out with the soul and feel of Sunny Town.
Also, the Original music is awesome. I love it!
