After seeing the old abandoned steamworks; "Building and foundation is still in good shape;" Xander comments aloud; "so's the roof. Ya, it'll do."
"So you want me to make an offer on it?" Shannon asks him.
"Ya, it's a little bigger than I was looking for, but I guess if I ever expand..." Xander tells her; "Go ahead and make the offer we talked about. If they really wanna sell this old place, they'll take it."
"Alright!" Shannon exclaims as she does a little happy dance. "I'll make the offer as soon as I get back to the office, and try to close the deal as soon as possible."
"Sweet." Xander says with a grin as he gives her a thumbs up.
