Almost seven years old, this precocious young boy is of average physical abilities for his age. His education is officially listed as 'Home Schooled', but the truth is that little Oscar's IQ isn't exactly measurable. Certainly his reading and comprehension skills are at a University level that rivals that of many Ivy League professors. And while his mathematics skills are not quite that advanced, and 'merely' a high school level; they certainly show an advanced intellect. With his psychic powers it's difficult to fully understand exactly how 'smart' this young boy is. Though they certainly advance his social skills, as he often takes his cues from the adults around him which often makes his manner of speech seem wiser than he may actually be.
