Finally able to post a ref and of course just in time for artfight!
Mask made and designed by OhRats-creations (Def check them out their work is beyond amazing I highly recommend!!!)

Sebastian Lamb worked at a boardwalks cheap dark ride as a scare actor, but he wanted to up his game and bought a spider wolf mask online, unbeknownst to everyone involved, a sea spider-like entity made the innards of the mask its nest and so when equipped, the entity would control said host. Thankfully they both were able to communicate and establish a way of living, having set up in the now abandoned dark ride, making friends with the abandoned animatronics. The mask, now named Goosebumps, continues to scheme for world domination, slowly converting the host to fulfill his quest while Sebastian is forced to keep it in otherwise he would die of bloodlose.

Inspiration: John Carpenters The Thing

Goosebump: Possibly an immortal entity from space, without a host it uses its mandibles to crawl around like a bodiless head on legs to seek energy. If attached for long enough it slowly converts the DNA of the host to its own liking, from monster to anthropomorphic to a feral monster hellbent on feeding. He is aware of the term furry and on occasion browses the web for a full costume, much to Sebastian’s dismay (and bank account)

Sebastian Lamb: College drop-out who loves comic books and conventions, but primarily spends his time in the boardwalk dark ride trying to improve the quality of life and effects. Due to the inciting incident, he can no longer show his face because his first attempt at separating himself from it resulted in his face ripping off with it, but thankfully his skin has since then formed over his skull-like face. Without the mask, he would die in a matter of minutes. His ride had since been abandoned due to his worsening condition, but he thankfully was able to use the space as a makeshift shelter. His animatronic ‘friends’ may or may not be a figment of his imagination.

and before I finish this post I’d like to thank OhRats again because the quality is absolutely fantastic, affordable for anyone trying to get into the community without sacrificing quality, and MY BIG OL ROUND GLASSES FIT AND I CAN SEE JUST FINE ITS SO GOOD and it scares my dogs so it’s already doing it’s job. I’ll be taking him to the curiosities and oddities expo in Las Vegas in September.
